I am surprised this report is from 1993 and the Israeli government has been watching with the world protesting such inhuman acts and nothing has been done. These are clear broad daylight murders being committed right under the watchful eyes of Israeli government.

I think the psychology of the militant zionists is to act victims and commit acts of cruelty against others. See how they have continued to play this out now for so many years in front of the world. They supporters are ready to condemn openly such acts and that is hypocrisy.
Killing someone without a trial based on suspicion only is murder. Haven't they done now this for years by labeling people as terrorist without any proof and just target kill them. There are a few hundred thousand people murdered by them over the last 60 years of occupation of Palestine. The report in#1.2 is a comprehensive description.
That's what happens when terrorists hide among the population. They are identified, taken out, and those who protest claim they were unarmed civilians. You mean they weren't spraying automatic rifle fire at Israel, or launching another rocket into Israel? Does Hamas fire only at armed people?
